1.1 Mali bietet Manga- und Anime-Tattoos sowie Originaldesigns von Mali an.1.2 Das Mindestalter für Kund* innen beträgt 18 Jahre am Tag des Tätowierens. Beratungstermine können vorher stattfinden.2.0 DESIGN
2.1 Jedes Design – egal ob Manga, Anime oder Mali Original – wird nur einmal tätowiert, es sei denn, die Künstlerin hat auf dem Design etwas anderes angegeben.2.2 Mali kopiert nicht die Designs anderer Artists, welche für deren Klienten angefertigt wurden.3.0 PREIS UND BEZAHLUNG
3.1 Der Preis, bzw. eine Preisspanne wird vor dem Termin kommuniziert.3.2 Preise sind nicht verhandelbar.3.3 Die Bezahlung erfolgt am Tag des Termins in bar.4.0 Anzahlung
4.1 sobald ein Termin vereinbart wurde wird eine Anzahlung fällig.4.2 Anzahlungen können nicht erstattet werden.4.3 Die Anzahlung erfolgt (wenn nicht anders vereinbart) per PayPal.4.4 Die Anzahlung ist nicht auf andere Personen übertragbar.4.5 Die Anzahlung wird mit dem Gesamtpreis verrechnet.5.0 ZU SPÄT KOMMEN
5.1 Wenn du dich verspätest, kontaktiere Mali bitte vor Beginn deines Termins.5.2 Wenn du dich ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung verspätest oder Mali zu spät kontaktierst, wartet Mali maximal 30 Minuten. Bist du 30 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Zeit nicht im Studio, wird der Termin storniert und die Anzahlung verfällt.5.3 Wenn du innerhalb eines vertretbaren Zeitrahmens nicht im Studio erscheinst, wird der Termin storniert und die Anzahlung verfällt.6.0 NACHSTECHEN (TOUCH-UPS)
6.1 Mali stellt dir alle nötigen Informationen zur Nachsorge zur Verfügung, damit dein Tattoo gut verheilen kann.6.2 Wenn du dein frisches Tattoo richtig pflegst, hast du innerhalb eines halben Jahres Anspruch auf einen kostenlosen Nachstechtermin – falls nötig.Bitte sende Mali vorerst Bilder deines Tattoos zu, damit sie sich ein Bild dazu machen kann ob ein Nachstechtermin notwendig ist.6.3 Bei Vernachlässigung der Nachsorge verfällt dein Anspruch auf einen kostenlosen Nachstechtermin.6.4 Nachstechtermine, die nach Ablauf eines halben Jahres erfolgen, werden gemäß Malis aktuellen Preisen berechnet.6.5 In manchen Fällen kann das Einheilen eines Tattoos durch individuelle Voraussetzungen wie Narbengewebe, Hautbeschaffenheit oder Medikamenteneinnahme beeinflusst werden. Solche Voraussetzungen müssen spätestens am Tag des Termins mitgeteilt und besprochen werden. Werden mögliche Risiken und Auswirkungen auf Heilung und Ergebnis vor dem Tätowieren besprochen und entscheiden sich Kund*innen anschließend für die Durchführung des Termins, erfolgt das Tätowieren auf eigene Verantwortung. In diesen Fällen besteht kein Anspruch auf einen kostenlosen Nachstechtermin.English Version

1.1 Mali offers manga and anime tattoos as well as original designs created by Mali.1.2 Clients must be at least 18 years old on the day of their tattoo appointment. Consultation appointments may take place beforehand.2.0 DESIGN

3.1 The price or a price range will be communicated before the appointment.3.2 Prices are non-negotiable.3.3 Payment must be made in cash on the day of the appointment.4.0 DEPOSIT
4.1 A deposit is required once an appointment has been scheduled.4.2 Deposits are non-refundable.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the deposit must be paid via PayPal.4.4 Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.4.5 The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the tattoo.5.0 LATE ARRIVALS
5.1 If you are running late, please contact Mali before your appointment is scheduled to begin.5.2 If you arrive late without prior notice or fail to contact Mali in time, Mali will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. If you have not arrived at the studio within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.5.3 If you do not arrive at the studio within a reasonable amount of time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.6.0 TOUCH-UPS
6.1 Mali will provide you with all necessary aftercare instructions to ensure that your tattoo can heal properly.6.2 If you properly care for your fresh tattoo, you are entitled to one free touch-up appointment within six months of your original appointment, if necessary.Please send Mali photos of your healed tattoo beforehand so that she can assess whether a touch-up appointment is necessary.6.3 If proper aftercare instructions are neglected, you are no longer entitled to a free touch-up appointment.6.4 Touch-up appointments requested after the six-month period will be charged according to Mali's current rates.6.5 In some cases, the healing process of a tattoo may be affected by individual circumstances such as scar tissue, skin condition, or medication. Such circumstances must be disclosed and discussed with Mali no later than the day of the appointment. If potential risks and their possible effects on the healing process and final result are discussed before the tattooing begins and the client subsequently decides to proceed with the appointment, the tattoo is performed at the client's own risk. In such cases, the client is not entitled to a free touch-up appointment.

scroll down for the english version- mind. 24Std vor dem Termin kein Alkohol/Drogen- möglichst kein Koffein (Kaffee, Energydrinks etc.) am Tag des Termins.- 1 Woche vor Termin mit Feuchtigkeitspflege der zu tattoowierenden Stelle beginnen.- 1 Woche vor dem Termin kein Solarium oder Sonnenbaden.- Vor dem Termin ausreichend essen & ggf Snacks und Getränke mitnehmen.- Trage zum Termin bequeme Kleidung. keine Reibung auf der Haut.- Plane ausreichend Zeit für den Termin ein.- Bitte bring keine Begleitpersonen ohne vorherige Absprache mit.- Bezahlung nur in bar möglichEnglish Version- No alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment.- Avoid caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, etc.) as much as possible on the day of your appointment.- Start moisturizing the area to be tattooed one week before your appointment.- No tanning beds or sunbathing for one week before your appointment.- Make sure to eat enough before your appointment and, if necessary, bring snacks and drinks with you.- Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. Nachsorge / Aftercare

scroll down for the english versionNach dem tattoowieren wird in den meisten Fällen eine second Skin Folie auf das Tattoo gebracht.Diese kann bis zu 5 Tagen getragen werden. Danach einfach unter fließendem Wasser abziehen, mit Seife waschen und einem sauberen Tuch trocken tupfen.Bei Hautreaktionen Folie sofort entfernen!Kein Sport, intensives Schwitzen für mind. 1 Woche.Keine Sauna, Schwimmbad, Solarium (am besten gar nicht) für 3 Wochen.Duschen (auch mit second Skin) okay, nicht zu heiß.
Dabei nicht auf dem Tattoo reiben.Nach Entfernen der Second Skin 3 mal täglich mit parfumfreier Feuchtigkeitscreme eincremen.Bei Komplikationen sende mir bitte zuerst Fotos zu, bevor du eigenmächtig weitere Maßnahmen ergreifst.English VersionAfter your tattoo appointment, a second skin film will be applied to your tattoo in most cases.This can be worn for up to 5 days.
